Teams - App Repair or Reset

Description:

There are a couple of options to help fix Teams if the App is having issues, like not displaying something it did before, long delays, etc.

Instructions:

1. In your Search by Start button, start typing Teams
2. Right click Microsoft Teams (work or school)
3. Left click App settings
4. Scroll down until you see the Repair and Reset buttons
   
5. Start with Repair
   1. Click Repair
   2. Once it's finished, open Teams again and try it out for a few minutes to see if things are working as expected.
6. If your issue persists, click Reset
   1. You'll need to put any Settings back how you like them
      1. Click ... (top right)
      2. Click Settings
      3. Set things as you wish
         1. A common item: Appearance and accessibility
            1. Layout > Choose 'List' (this gives the list of Teams nicely)
7. If you're still experiencing issues, click the Report Issue button to open a ticket for CIS to assist you further.
