Teams Issue

Description:

Microsoft Teams can be used by Departments and Committees to share documents, communicate, and collaborate in one convenient location.

Common Issues: 

  • Teams is not syncing
  • I'm not able to send and/or receive chat messages
  • The other participants' video is not showing or is blank
  • I can't hear the audio or the sound isn't working
  • My meeting won't start or I can't join the meeting.
