MFA - Logging in with Multi Factor Authentication

Description:

When logging into Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, etc)  you will be prompted to authenticate.

Instructions:

  1. Sign in using your SUNY Delhi credentials at the Microsoft Single Sign On login screen.
  2. Select a method of verification and follow the instructions.

  1. Phone verification you will receive a phone call (answer and press #)
  2. Text verification you will receive a code to enter
  3. Microsoft Authenticator App will have you Approve the sign in (often confirming number code first)
