MFA - Logging in with Multi Factor Authentication

Description:

When logging into Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, etc)  you will be prompted to authenticate.

Instructions:

  1. Login in at the Single Sign On screen with your username and password
  2. Select a method of verification and follow the instructions.

  1. For phone verification you will receive a phone call (answer and press #)
  2. For text verification you will receive a code to enter
  3. MS Authenticator will have you Approve the sign in from the app
