Account Request


Most services at SUNY Delhi use single sign on (SSO) and are connected to your username (ex: AB123 or lastnafm) or the full Delhi email.  Use this page for help with various systems, including: 

  • Delhi single sign on (SSO)
  • Microsoft accounts - email, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.
  • BroncoWeb
  • DegreeWorks
  • Banner, Argos, Xtender, etc.

Common requests:

⇒ Note: Need to create a new user or enter position change (new title, department, supervisor) for an existing user? Enter those requests from the Employee Creation, Changes, and Departures page.

  • Users cannot enter this for themselves, their supervisor or owner of the system/area must submit. I need to add, remove, or update access for an existing user. (Example: share drive permissions, Argos access, Confluence group, etc). 
  • I need help resetting my password
  • A user has duplicate IDs in Banner
