Description:
Files, folders and pages within a SharePoint can be set to Can Edit or View Only for site Members and/or Visitors. This can only be done by the Owners.
Instructions:
Adjust permissions for Groups with access
- Open the Documents or Files or Pages section of the SharePoint
- Click the three dots to the right of the file, folder or page you'd like to adjust.
- Click Manage Access
- Click Groups

- As an Owner, you can adjust the access levels for site Visitors (non-members of the Team/Site) and Members.
Add permissions for another person or group:
⇒ Note: This does not add users as members of the site or Team, it grants access only to the file, document, or folder itself.
- Open the Documents or Files or Pages section of the SharePoint
- Click the three dots to the right of the file, folder or page you'd like to adjust.
- Click Manage Access
- Click Grant Access Icon

- Type the Name, group, or email address of the person within Delhi you'd like to share the document with
- Click the pencil icon to choose a level of permissions.

- Optional: Check the Notify people box to send automated emails notifying users they have been given permission to this file.
- Click Grant Access button to complete the process.
