Teams - Meet - Your Personal Meeting Link

You don't need a personal meeting link to contact someone or be contacted quickly. You can simply call(audio or video) someone directly via name or email. Follow the instructions below to set up a personal meeting room link that is good for 60 days.

Instructions:

  1. Click Calendar from the left column in Teams
    1. You may need to click the 3 dots to see Calenar
  2. Click Meet Now (top right)

  3. Click Get a Link to Share
  4. To customize your preferences. Ex: Lobby, who can present, allow mic/camera - Click Configure meeting options link
  5. Click the Copy Meeting Link button
    **This link will change each time you click "meet now".**

  6. In Oulook, click the Insert a Hyperlink button

  7. Paste the meeting link, and name the link accordingly
