Below are steps to get signed into your Delhi account!
MFA (Multi Factor Authentication) is required, we've included instructions to help with setup.
First Time Log In Instructions:
⇒ NOTE: You will need both a cell phone and a computer or tablet to complete these steps.
Step 1: On Phone: Download the Microsoft Authenticator app
- Download the Microsoft Authenticator app from either the Google Play Store or the Apple Store on your cell phone.
- The app icon should be a blue lock with a lighter blue person inside:

- Do not login, continue to Step 2
Step 2: On Computer/Tablet: Log in with default information
- Go to the SUNY Delhi homepage (www.delhi.edu)
- Click Bronco Web to pay your Admissions or Housing deposit and view your financial aid, or Webmail to open your Delhi email
- Enter username & password
- Username: Enter the full email address
- Password: If you are a new accept, you will find the default password format on your acceptance letter. You can find your acceptance letter in the Admissions Portal (this login is your personal email address).
- The screen will note "More information required", Click Next
- Select Next, and follow the instructions on the screen.
- STOP when you get to the screen with the QR code.
On phone (or device using for Authenticating):
- Open the Microsoft Authenticator App
- Press the three vertical dots
- Select Add an account
- Select Work or School
- Use QR code option
- Using the Authenticator App, scan the QR code on your computer/device
- Click Next on the computer screen.
- Enter the number from the computer on your phone to finishing linking your Authentication App to your Delhi email account
Step 3: Set up a secondary Authentication method for Password Resets
A second authentication method is required to register for the Password Reset Tool. The current options are a cell phone number for calls and/or texts, security questions, or a personal email.
- On your computer screen, you will be prompted to enter a phone number.
- If you'd like to set up an alternate method, click the link stating "I want to use a different method" and follow those prompts
- Select to receive either a text or call.
- Select Next
- If you chose a text, enter the code sent to you and click Next
- If you chose a call, answer the call and follow the verbal instructions. Click Next
Step 4: Change your Password
- The screen will prompt you to change your password now.
- Note: Your new password has high security requirements. You can only change it once every 24 hours. If you need the requirements, please call the Help Desk at 607-746-4835.
