Jabber - How to Forward and Unforward Calls

Description:

This page explains how a user can forward & unforward incoming calls to their office extension number

Instructions:

To Forward a Call

1. Click the icon on the bottom left of the screen (look like a computer monitor), then choose "Forward calls to", then select the line you want to forward

   

    

   And choose "New Number" to enter a new number, or choose a recent number you already used

   

    

To Unforward a Call

1. Click the "Click to turn off" option where it shows your line is forwarded on the main screen
