Outlook Email and Calendar Issue

Description:

SUNY Delhi provides email access via Outlook for all faculty, staff, and students through Microsoft 365.

Common Issues: 

  • Events are not showing up on a shared calendar
  • I see duplicate events
  • I'm not receiving emails I should be and they are not in spam
  • Outlook is giving me errors
  • Events or emails show up on my computer but not on my phone
  • I can't sync to my phone
