Printing

Description:

CIS supports network printers on campus, as well as the managed and mobile print systems. 

Common Issues:

• I need toner or ink
• I'm not able to print
• Low quality issues - streaks, spots, lines
• Scanning or fax issues
• Other printer errors

Common Requests: 

• I need a printer installed or added.
• I need printers on a loaner.
• I would like a printer moved.
• Our student org (student organization, club) has a budget code we would like to print with.
• My student workers need to print to our department code.
• I'd like training on secure print, faxing, or other printer features.
