Description:
Microsoft Teams can be used by Departments and Committees to share documents, communicate, and collaborate in one convenient location.
Common Issues:
- Teams is not syncing
- I'm not able to send and/or receive chat messages
- The other participants' video is not showing or is blank
- I can't hear the audio or the sound isn't working
- My meeting won't start or I can't join the meeting.
Common Requests:
- Our department, committee, or organization would like a Team created.
