Common Issues:
- I need toner or ink
- I'm not able to print
- Low quality issues - streaks, spots, lines
- Scanning or fax issues
- Other printer errors
Common Requests:
- I need a printer installed or added.
- I would like a printer moved.
- My student workers need to print to our department printer.
- I'd like training on secure print, faxing, or other printer features.
