Follow these instructions on how to download a Zoom recording from the Zoom website.

Instructions:

  1. Go to www.zoom.us
  2. Click Sign In (top right)
  3. Click on SSO
  4. Enter delhi as the domain
  5. Click Continue
  6. Sign in with your SUNY Delhi login
  7. Click Recordings & Transcripts (left column)

  8. Click on the recording you want to download.

  9. Download options:
    1. Individual files:
      1. Click Download Arrow next to desired file
        Individual files in the recording view. One is highlighted with a download arrow visible to the right of it, also highlighted.
    2. All files:
      1. Click Download, and Download again

  10. Your files will be in your Downloads folder
    1. NOTE: If the files download as a .ZIP file, it can be unzipped and extracted by right-clicking the .ZIP and then selecting Extract All...
