Adding Emails to Address Book
- On the Main Menu, Select Address Book

- Select Register Destination

- Select Email

- Select Name - Enter the person's name you want to save by
- Select E-Mail Address and enter the full email

- Select Apply
Scan to Email
- On the main screen, select Scan

- Select E-mail

- Select Address Book and choose the recipient you want the document to go to

- Select Start to send the scanned document
Scan to Share Drive
To send the document to the Share Drive:
- On the main screen, select Scan

- Select File

- Select the Drive

To access your scanned document:
- Open File Explorer
- Type the share name following in the address bar ex: \\delhi.edu\share\[Building]_Scanner
*The share name will be provided. It's generally the first name of your building with no special characters or spaces. Ex: Russell_Scanner
- Right click on the desired folder and choose Pin to Quick Access
- You will now see your Network Drive listed as a folder under 'Quick Access' - this is where your scans will show.
