Zoom Issue

Description:

Zoom can be used on any computer, laptop, tablet, or phone. It allows for video, audio, and screen sharing. All faculty, staff, and students at Delhi are able to log in to Zoom using their Delhi Single Sign On (SSO).

Common Issues:

  • I can't share my screen, or participants can't share their screen.
  • I can't access the meeting.
  • Participants are not able to join my meeting.
  • I'm not able to start the meeting.
  • My video or audio are not working.
