Description:
This service is for reporting network issues including:
- Wired Internet (Ethernet) connectivity
- Wi-Fi connection (DELHI-SECURE or DELHI-GUEST)
Common Issues:
- The Wi-Fi isn't working or I can't connect
- My campus provided desktop or computer is showing No Internet Connection
- My personal device (phone, iPad, tablet, laptop, etc) are not able to connect to the network
