Enterprise Systems Issues and Requests

Description:

Enterprise Systems has been known by many names including Operations, Development and Central Systems. Some of the systems that the Enterprise Systems Team currently supports are: Ellucian Banner, Evisions Argos, Banner Document Management/BDM/Xtender, Degreeworks, etc. 

Use this service to get help with an issue or request a change in an Enterprise System.

Common Issues:  

  • I'm receiving an error or have an issue using a form in Banner
  • A scheduled job didn't run
  • Nelnet isn't working
  • Automated File transfer has failed
  • Files are missing from the report share
  • I'm having functional issues in BroncoWeb
  • Xtender isn't opening
  • Degree Audits aren't working
