The Callas Center and SUNY Online Support (SOS) work together to support students, faculty, and staff with Online Delhi (Brightspace/D2L), online and hybrid course delivery, and educational technology tools. To ensure you receive the fastest and most appropriate support, please choose the option below that best matches your question.

SUNY Online Support (SOS)

SOS provides extended-hour support and can help with questions like:

  • I want to change my associated campus email to Delhi
  • I need help hiding or showing a course, or setting to active or inactive
  • I can't find my course (I am registered and the semester has started; I can't self-enroll through Discovery) 
  • I'm not able to see my grades
  • Gradebook has miscalculations, I can't access gradebook, or I'm getting an error in gradebook
  • My assignment won't upload or submit.
  • I'm having trouble inserting images or formatting text
  • I want to wipe out or delete all contents within a Online Delhi (Brightspace/D2L) course. This is a permanent action!

Availability: 
SOS offers extensive hours, including evenings and weekends. Hours vary by time of year and are posted on the SUNY Online Website. Their typical semester hours are:

Monday-Friday 7:00AM-12:00AM Midnight EST
Saturday 10:00AM-6:00PM EST
Sunday 10:00AM-9:00PM EST

Course Design & Educational Technology Support - Callas Center

The Callas Center team supports faculty and staff with design, development, review, and improvement of online and hybrid courses, or courses that use Online Delhi to supplement their classrooms, as well as the use of educational technology tools. We can help with questions like:

  • I would like support with course design, development, or review (including accessibility and quality standards)
  • I have individual users that need to be manually added to a course
  • I need help using or adding an external tool or publisher in my course such as Cengage, Respondus, Turnitin, VoiceThread, etc.
  • I need a sandbox, design, or non-Banner training page manually created
  • While building or setting up a course, I'm having trouble with activities and resources, an activity type or types, or groups
  • Changes to merged courses (initially requested through the Registrar's Office Merge Request form)
  • I want to update or change the name of a manually made course. This is surface level only, all background and reporting data will retain original name.
  • I need to retrieve an archived Vancko Hall (Moodle) course
  • I need specific Online Delhi (Brightspace/D2L) logs, access, or data pulled
  • I'd like to request a training session on a topic such as: gradebook, accessibility, current third-party tools, course design, or Online Delhi (Brightspace/D2L)

Availability:
The Callas Center operates during standard business hours. Requests submitted outside of these hours will be addressed during the next business day.

SUNY Delhi Help Desk

The SUNY Delhi Help Desk can assist with:

  • Logging into Online Delhi using your Delhi email or local account
  • General account or authentication issues
