Description:
Temporary account access can be requested for Events, Guests, or Contractors. Wi-Fi and temporary computer logins are available.
Temporary guest accounts are limited to 1 week (7 day) durations. Durations longer than 7 days are subject to review and approval by CIS staff.
Common Requests:
- Our guest speaker, presenter, consultant, or contractor needs to log in to a campus computer
- The contractor for X company or a guest speaker needs Internet access.
- We need a wi-fi login created for guests at our event.
Event Wi-Fi:
A username and password will be generated for your guests to connect to Delhi-GUESTS during the event.
The credentials will be shared with the you (the Requestor) along with instructions for how to connect to the wireless network. Any questions or updates will be sent through ticket emails.
Individual Guest Accounts:
Enter a request for each individual guest. You will need to enter the below guest information for the account to be created:
- First and Last Name
- Company or Affiliation
- Cellular phone number
- Email address
You and your guest will receive further instructions via your ticket. The guest will need to claim the guest account and set a password. Any questions or updates will be sent through ticket emails.
