Description:
SUNY Delhi provides email access via Outlook for all faculty, staff, and students through Microsoft 365.
Common Issues:
- Events are not showing up on a shared calendar
- I see duplicate events
- I'm not receiving emails I should be and they are not in spam
- Outlook is giving me errors
- Attachment won't upload or open
- Events or emails show up on my computer but not on my phone
- I can't sync to my phone
Common Request:
- I need to add or remove user access to a shared mailbox
- Request an email alias for a team or group (email routes to multiple user inboxes)
- I am or will be traveling internationally, or to another country, and need to be able to access my email and Delhi systems.
- I'd like training on email or calendar functions and features.
