Microsoft Outlook Email and Calendar

Description:

SUNY Delhi provides email access via Outlook for all faculty, staff, and students through Microsoft 365.

Common Issues: 

  • Events are not showing up on a shared calendar
  • I see duplicate events
  • I'm not receiving emails I should be and they are not in spam
  • Outlook is giving me errors
  • Attachment won't upload or open
  • Events or emails show up on my computer but not on my phone
  • I can't sync to my phone

Common Request: 

  • I need to add or remove user access to a shared mailbox
  • Request an email alias for a team or group (email routes to multiple user inboxes)
  • I am or will be traveling internationally, or to another country, and need to be able to access my email and Delhi systems.
  • I'd like training on email or calendar functions and features.
