Description:
Your cell and office phone can be used as additional methods of authenticating who you are. Below are the instructions on how to add them to your account
Instructions:
- When prompted with 'More information required', click Next

- If the default option is Microsoft Authenticator, you can instead click
“I want to set up a different method” (at the bottom of the screen).

- Choose Phone as your method.
- To set up your office phone:
- Enter your office number.
- Click Call me
- You will receive a phone call, answer and follow prompts.
- Note: This option only works when you are near your desk phone.

- To set up your cell phone:
- Enter your mobile number.
- Click Text me a code
- Enter the verification code received via text.
