Description:
Changing your password will affect all systems that use Single Sign On (SSO).
Example: Email, BrightSpace/D2L, Bronco Web, DegreeWorks, Time and Attendance, Banner, etc.
NOTE ⇒ Changed your password? Update it on mobile devices for Delhi-Secure (Campus Wi-Fi) and Email Apps.
If you don't you will continually get locked our of your account when on campus.
Information:
Forgot Password
- Visit https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com/
- Enter your full email address and captcha then click 'Next'
- Select one of the recovery options
- Verify the code sent to you
- Select another recovery option and verify that code
- Now set your new password!
Change Password (if current is known)
How To Change Your Password - On campus owned computer:
- Press Ctrl+Alt+Del keys on your keyboard
- Select Change Password
- Enter current password, new password, and confirmation of new password
- Click to submit
Change Password (from anywhere):
- Visit this link: account.microsoft.com
- Log in with your Delhi SSO email and password.
- Select Security
- Re-enter your current password
- Select Change my password
- Enter your current password, and create a new password following the Password Minimum requirements. See related articles for current minimums requirements.
- Select Submit
Your Delhi SSO Password has been successfully changed! Please be sure to update your credentials in:
- Password managers and saved passwords
- DELHI-SECURE wireless network on all devices
