Trouble Logging Into Online Delhi - Flowchart

If you are having trouble logging into Online Delhi, please reference this Flow Chart for troubleshooting steps. 

Information:

Text Description of Flow Chart:

• If you CAN log in to Online Delhi using your Delhi email address:
  • And you can see Online Delhi's homepage (not another campus), then you are ok and no further action is needed.
  • If you can log in, but cannot see Online Delhi's homepage (you see a different or no campus), click the Home Button in the top left.
    Is Delhi an option?
    • If no, please submit a ticket here: Online Delhi Help Ticket
    • If yes, click Delhi. No further action is needed.
       
• If you CANNOT log in to Online Delhi using your Delhi email address:
  • Are you using Network Login (NOT Local Login)?
    • If you are using Network Login and cannot log in, are you registered for courses?
      • If not, contact your advisor
      • If you are registered for courses and cannot log in using Network Login, please submit a ticket here: Online Delhi Help Ticket
         
    • If you are NOT using Network Login, please try using Network Login.
      Did it work?
      • If yes, no further action is needed
      • If not, please submit a ticket here:  Online Delhi Help Ticket
