Description:
If you're expecting an email from an external email address, and they are not in your Inbox, Junk or Clutter folders, you can you can check to see if they have been quarantined.
Instructions:
- Login to your Delhi email via the Web
- In the same browser, go to https://euc.tmes.trendmicro.com/index.html?cmpID=delhi
- You will see a list of all items quarantined
- Select an email and click one of the buttons that fits your needs
