TDX - Acting on Approvals

Description:

There are various departments that utilize the TeamDynamix (TDX) ticketing system for processes requiring approvals or other actionable steps. These items will appear on the ticket details page when assigned to you.

Note: You will need to be signed into the Help Desk Portal to view the ticket and information.  If you are not auto-logged in when using the emailed links, click Sign In in the upper right.

Instructions:

Accessing the Approval

You will receive an email from the ticketing system when an approval or step has been assigned to you.  This will appear as from "Area Name - TDX Tickets".  For example, a step from a CIS Help Desk process will display as "Help Desk - TDX Tickets".

  1. Click the View Ticket and Act link to open the tickets details page.
  2. Click My Approvals to open a list of all items currently assigned to you, including items previously completed. (See Related Articles for instructions on the My Approvals page).
