Printing - Secure Print

Print job released only when you're at the printer.

Body

Description:

Follow all directions below to print a secure document. This will hold your job in the printer queue until you are physically at the printer and enter the correct code to release the job. Nothing sits on the printer unattended.

Instructions:

At Your Computer

  1. Open Print in the program
  2. Select Printer Properties (under the selected printer)
  3. Change 'Output Method' to Secure Print

  4. Click Yes to the dialog box that appears

  5. Enter your username or name, enter a numeric PIN of your choice, click OK

  6. Click OK to close Printer Properties window
  7. Click the Print icon as normal.

From the Printer

  1. Select Secure Print

  2. Select print jobs from list
  3. Select Secure Print

  4. Enter PIN
  5. Select OK
