Description:
Guest users on campus that will need to log in to campus computers or systems will have a Guest User account created for them. Below are the instructions for claiming and creating a password for this account.
Instructions:
- Navigate to the Account Claiming Portal: https://claim.delhi.edu
- Select Temporary Guest for account type

- Click Claim Account
- Enter the validation information used in the Guest Account Request (your phone number, first initial of your first name, your full last name).

- Click Next
- Select a verification method (this uses the phone number and email address entered on the Guest User request)

- Enter the verification code sent to the mobile number or email address, depending on the method selected.
- Click Next
- The password minimum requirements will be displayed and you will be prompted to create a password for your guest account.

- Click Verify Password to confirm your entries match and meet all requirements.
- Click Set Password to update to password.
- A Confirmation Page is displayed that lists your SUNY Delhi Guest Account username. Use this and your created password to access the campus computers or areas that were requested for you.
