Outlook - Open Links in Webmail

Description:

By default, email links are opened in the Outlook client (application on your desktop).  To allow your web Outlook on the Web (Webmail) to open email links instead, please follow the instructions below. 

Instructions:

1. Login to your SUNY Delhi email in Google Chrome
2. In your address bar you should notice an icon that looks like two diamonds.  Click this to open the Service Handler menu.
   • Note: If you do not see the icon, see further instructions below.
3. Next select Allow
4. Select Done
   

Mail-To links will now open in a new Outlook tab in Chrome.

If you do not see the icon that looks like two diamonds:

1. Please visit this link in Chrome: chrome://settings/handlers
2. To the right of outlook.office365.com, Click the X
3. Start at step 2 above to allow outlook.office365.com to open email links.
