Description:
How to change the 'From' address when sending an email from a shared mailbox email address or a distribution list email address. To be able to use a 'From' address other than your own email address, specific permission must be granted.
Instructions:
- Open a new email message
- Click the Options tab
- Click Show From

- Click the From in your message
- Select the from address you want (if it is displayed there)
- If it's not displayed there, click Other email address and enter the from address you have "Send As" permissions to.

- Your message should now display as being sent from the entered or selected address.
