PowerPoint - Reduce File Size

Description:

PowerPoint files can sometimes be too large to upload in email or for an assignment.  Try these tips to reduce the size.

Instructions:

1. Click on any picture
2. Click Picture tools Format tab
3. Uncheck the box that states Apply only to this picture
4. Click the button next to Screen
5. Click OK

If the file size of the presentation is still too large

Try changing the theme to a more basic form. You can do this by:

1. Click on the Design tab on the top ribbon
2. Choose a different theme that is mostly white
